Automatic flake ice machine adopts the latest evaporator with vertical spiral ice cutter. Inside evaporator, there is the sprinkler device to spray water on the inner wall of evaporator to make water being formed to ice quickly. After ice formed, spiral cutter will make ice drop so that make full use of evaporator surface and increase the efficiency of ice making.
