- Leading and managing the Electrical Design Team during all stages of project design and development.
- Guide the design team to ensure strict adherence to approved designs and ensuring completeness, constructability and code compliance.

- Evaluate electrical systems, products, components, and application by designing and conducting research & applying knowledge of electricity and materials.
